1. To help combat COVID-19, many countries are planning or have developed mobile/smartphone apps that track the movement and health status of their citizens.  Depending upon the country, this information may be shared with public health ministries, law enforcement, or local governments.  Clearly this has privacy implications.  Briefly discuss the ethics of working on the development of this type of system (note that the 2018 version of the  ACM Code of Ethics is available here:  https://ethics.acm.org/)
